Clearly suicide by cop. Cop was in the right. Although, take note of one thing which seems to be an ongoing problem with all of these scenarios. According to the cop he yelled at the guy to "show me your hands", and then he saw the guy's hand coming from his pocket so he shot him. In this case, it was obviously not the cop's fault. But, when your training teaches you to shout at them to "see their hands", but it also teaches you to shoot them if they pull their hands out of their pockets, what is the suspect supposed to do. There are other situations where a guy is walking with his hand in his pockets from the beginning, and ends up getting shot for following the cop's orders. Even in some cases a guy will reach for his I.D. to show the officer, and ends up dead, meanwhile the officer asked him for his I.D. Not surprising that this shit happens in USA. America is not big on logic or learning. Just big on bullying and dominating people via authoritarian-ism.

Comments like this just make me wonder what the fuck goes through some people's heads.we have a lot of bad people here in the USA but guess what? We're still one of the safest countries.dont agree? Nobody ever dies "needlessly". Look around enough and you will find somebody's "need" being satisfied. Even in the case of a homeless person with no family or friends or assets to inherit, the "need" of the town's leadership for cleaner, prettier streets is satisfied.

That officer of the law carried out exactly, textbook, the proper procedural action, in that situation! What's more it clearly bothers the man, but the perpetrator left him no other recourse! There's no "winner" here, but an innocent life was saved(the officer's very own), and who knows how many more civilian lives after that. Justice was served!
