No, cops should only have the right to shoot if their lives are 100% put at risk. This was 100% NOT one of those situations. I normally agree too, just be courteous and comply with what you’re told. But this young man was obviously not in the right state of mind, was having some sort of mental breakdown, and as many others have said, cops aren’t trained well enough to deal with situations like this.
