I can't remember blacks ever performing CPR on Documenting Reality, requires foresight, eagerness to learn a skill that could help others, useful work... "how long does it take to get a fucking ambulance?" In darkest Harlem, it takes a very long time apparently. The ambulance is probably big, black, sullen, slow moving and often dangerous, like the SUV in this vid. |

The person giving cpr is well meaning, but the huge puddle of blood looks like it came from the nose and mouth area. That kind of head trauma isn't survivable

I'm not surprised by this accident. I live in nyc. These kids ride these scooters so recklessly, sometimes with 2 passengers (yes, 3 in total riding one scooter), no helmets, pass on the right, ignore stop signs and weave in and out of traffic. It's terrible.
