Also he definitely slipped out of it,
320 pounds accelerated to 75miles per hour. Think about that. It means that if the space was even big enough for his hips/ skeletal frame to fit through, it would have slipped as all that fat does nothing and will easily “mold” through the restraints.

The seats are also tilted down so there was only his fat to hold him in place.

As for the personnel; they are instructed: move restraint down until it cannot be moved up any more; if all lights are green, the system allows you to engage the ride. If a light is not green the ride cannot be started and you need to go to the specific seat and lock it into place until it will not move upward anymore

Don't know if there's a weight limit for that ride or not but the boy didn't want to go in the first place but was persuaded to go so this is going to be a lawyer's battle that's for sure. The other people on the ride that came down and had to get out close to the splatted body is food for therapists.
