It's quite common with electrocutions in Asian countries. I'm assuming they believe they're 'earthing' the victim.

How many village idiots does it take to kill a teenager? Well I'm not rewatching that Trainwreck again to count them all I'm still amazed how few people there have CPR skills. I was laughing at the complete and utter clusterfuck of a rescue attempt. Then they all start acting kooky calling more idiots to join the clusterfuck and start rubbing the boy like a dead rabbits lucky foot. Then they carry him back and forth like a red river game Poor kid got cooked and sizzled really quickly For some reason the Indians have problems with trains and electricity.
They don’t even know how to use toilets. Why bother learning how when you can just shove wads of mud into their hand?
