It seems clear that a level headed bus driver could have avoided all conflict. Just tell the guy to sit down. Hey man, don't worry about the bus fare, just sit down. Relax. Female cop comes on the scene like a rabid squirrel, it's a miracle she didn't get killed. So, in the end we have a man, maybe mentally ill, massacred in a bus. REALLY???

Fucked situation. The female cop ran in their stupidly without analyzing the situation properly. This entire situation could have been avoided by her refraining from charging onto the bus. Call for backup, let the SWAT team take the suspect down without loss of life. Sucks to be him yet there were many errors made that led to his death. |

Im not sure what is said when the bulletin came out but he doesnt seem to be armed near that bus door and sounded pretty scared about something. the female cop suddenly pulled out her gun and maybe it triggered a self defense move in the guy thinking he was about to be shot dead (maybe he did something that made him think he can be killed for it) and panic moved him to try to disarm the officer. sometimes logic come too late to a panicking person. without a drawn gun, the scene might have been different. Both cops have light trigger fingers. |

He had it coming. He was engaging in victim and property crimes and then he tried to take a gun from a cop. The female cop was pretty dumb in the way she approached the guy, but it seems like she was reacting to seeing a suspect that they were already looking for. If dude was running around carjacking people and threatening them with rocks, then who knows what the fuck else he was capable of? So bottom line, if he had just complied and surrendered or at least not tried to grab her fucking gun, then he wouldn't have gotten ventilated. So fuck him.  |
