female cop caused this. she didn't know nothing about the situation. not if he was a psycho, if he was a crackhead or if he was calm. instead of talking to the man to calm him down she frantically pulls her gun and then let him almost take it. atm the other cop obviously had to kill him but if the situation would have been handled better in first place, nothing of this would have happened.

I counted 6 shots. I think only 3 actually hit him. Prob the last 3. Far cry from the entire clip which is prob 17
