Here's the story the patient is a 55 year old man who was drunk admitted to the hospital for a gastric hemorrhage and being drunk and disorderly kicked a nurse who was trying to assist him with Medical Aid. The guy was not a surgeon he was an ER doctor and he was actually sentenced to only nine years in prison on 3rd degree murder charge...It was a single punch and the patient went down hard hitting back of his head on concrete floor causing severe brain and skull trauma

Ok my guess is that the guy obviously made some offensive comments to some of the women and he got caught up into wanting to appear chivalrous and possibly even impress the woman so he went in all fists blazing. Doctors and nurses take an awful lot of crap and I'm guessing whatever this guy did just pushed him over the edge. |

But he is still lucky he was not in Brazil, or Nigeria, where they would have torched the guy, chopped him into pieces and gouged his eyes out, right there in the hospital, no doubt.  |
