His head hit the floor. Without a doubt. That's why he's dead. The punch just knocked him down flat, but the way he fell he would have bounced his head off the hard floor for sure.

Holy crap on a cracker! Guy gets sucker punched, probably hit the floor so hard his brain whiplashed into the front of his skull doing instantly lethal damage, and Nurse Olga has cleaned up the crime scene before the police have even arrived!!
