I didn't get that either, but I think he's attempting to make a tie in to gun control. Like any law would have stopped this guy in his tracks...kinda like it's against the law to shoot a uniformed police officers.

Probably...lots of people here think gun control works. Although, I've not been able to get any of the anti-gun members here who can explain why all the cities here with the strictest gun control laws have the highest murder rates. They seem to dodge that question every time. |

Who gives a shit whether or not he "really wanted to kill those cops" or not!!!!!! HE FIRED AT THEM!!!!!!! I don't like cops, but that's just retarded!! What? You're missing the point...he didn't care if he killed them or not, and I'd also suspect that wasn't really his intention since it wouldn't have been hard. Just about any plain hunting rifle in the world will go straight through a policeman's vest like butter, it doesn't take an AR-15, AK variant, or any of those. Point is, he fired toward them to provoke them into killing him.
