The only info provided was that he had been 'problematic' on the train, which could mean anything ... intoxicated, goofing around, doing some stunt, whatnot.

Some times blood just doesn't poor outa the person it could very well be the shock. Best example i could give is i was driving with some friends and they were going around 100 down a road where no one lived etc, buuuut a deer jumps and and we hit it so hard its head litterally poped off and there was very little blood o-o
