I act like!? Well friend, we don’t see a whole lot of videos like this from the US here on DR. However there are endless amounts of videos from China in all sorts of different categories where you see dozens of instances like this where someone has had some unfortunate accident and tons of people that walk by without even a sideways glance. If we had a shit ton of videos showing the same thing here in the US then I’d probably say something very similar but we don’t. I made a comment after observing one more instance of a culture of people that seemingly walk by a person in need of serious medical attention without a care. If you don’t like how I “act” then that’s on you. Why don’t you post something you’ve observed about a video here rather than taking out your frustration on another member. Your comment is useless and does nothing but make you look like an asshole. Get yourself a library card and do some extracurricular reading. You might learn something.

All the videos of cars running over people in China show that they don't have any peripheral vision, nor frontal vision for that matter (Most Asians seem to suffer from this same issue).



A) A woman dressed in all white is standing in a well lit intersection but is not seen by a taxi driver who has her right in front of him while he drives at about 30 MPH but is unable to react and brake on time.

B) Then, the woman ends up lying on black pavement (Excellent contrast) in the well lit intersection but a second driver is also unable to see her and react stepping on the brake pedal despite driving slowly through the intersection.

Asian drivers can't see well nor react in time, DR has irrefutable proof on file!

Why not? If it's none of your concern mind your own business. It's not like a family member or friend is lying in the street. A stranger may be diseased, and pose a contamination risk. Or you could get in trouble and be accused of making the situation worse. They sue on a dime over there, and run scams where people injure themselves just to suck in a stranger whom they can then accuse of hurting them.

Oh and there is nothing (intentionally) suicidal in standing in the middle of the road and waiting for a break in the traffic on the far side. Stupid, maybe, but not suicidal.

No doubt, it's a pretty fucking fuckily fucked country and culture. I grew up there.

Besides those shits, actually due to the lack of medical care and a just judical system, some traffic victims turned to bite and sue the people who saved them, falsely claiming that it were them who caused the accident. And one did win that notorious case, the one called "PengYu Rule".

After this, the whole fucking country is like this video.

The CCP has created an extremely toxic culture in mainland China - one that is inconsiderate and self-centred. This is largely a result of its rapid economic growth -> people accumulate wealth faster than manners, which take multiple generations to acquire. People said similar things about the culture of Japan decades ago when they had their own rapid growth period. I think that things will probably improve with time, but right now it is disheartening to see how self-centred people in mainland China are.

But there are millions of Chinese people who did not grow up under the CCP banner - either as immigrants of descendants of them. Especially in the West, we're pretty much just like the rest of you after the second generation. Please stop generalizing us and saying that we deserve to be exterminated/nuked due to the authoritarian government that conquered the nation 80 years ago.
