Actually this happened here in St. Petersburg Florida. 1 of the teens died and the other two were in critical condition but are expected to survive.

I remember joyriding our parents cars @ 12-15 y/o. There were several of us and we would rotate our parents vehicles, taking turns driving in the neighborhood in the east Bay Area. Always around O'dark thirty we would push the car out of the driveway and start up down the street.. We didn't go high speed or crash into shit. None of our parents had a clue for years.. These guys are the new generation that's going to take care of us |
