1. She is jay walking, not suicide 2. Most people will only call police and med but not helping in China as too many scams, some people get runned down will chase the helper for $$, so most of people in China will not come help in this case. |

This is not that uncommon in China. There was a video of an old man suddenly dying in a store and one poster explained why people in China don't seem to help out when someone's in need. Can't exactly remember what that post said but it was something along the lines of the fear of getting in to trouble for some odd reason. |
