Is it not more humane to just OD the guy on morphine? Obviously has nothing to live for before being blind, deaf (probably) no nose, no tongue, no jaw or teeth. He is going to have feeding tube, unable to communicate. Like his life wasn’t bad enough?

I knew a guy who did this & his face was similarly fucked up but not quite as bad. I met him after this had happened. He somehow managed to live a surprisingly "normal" life (as normal as you could expect with your face all fucked up).
