It doesn't matter how many lives you have supposedly saved or what you do for a living. Unless you were actually in there, breathing in the toxic fumes, trying to find your way out in the pitch black darkness, getting trampled on, having people on fire falling on you, burning alive, unable to find your friend/spouse whatever... you DON'T know. And if you actually were some kind of professional survivalist, you would acknowledge that people instinctively panic in situations like this: total blackness after 60 seconds, the smoke only inches from the floor (which would have prevented people from being able to breathe fresh air), and the only sounds being the fire alarm and people's screams of agony as they are being burned alive. So, unless you were there (which you weren't), or unless YOU are psychic, then you are the one who needs to STFU. |
