Korean culture also has not been "annihilated". China is much more "American" than Korea and hasn't had a military presence since the war. Also should note that Koreans have had a particular dancing and drinking reputation from even before the Neo-Confucian takeover at the end of the pre-Choson era. They are marginally less conservative now but Confucian values (an imported culture then btw) are still very strong. Halloween is nowhere near the worst thing the Americans have done in Korea. |

I think it's a miracle that not more people died. All I see is a giant mass of bodies. Nightmare fuel. I know it's morbid but this is perfect material for a horror movie and/or horror video game. |
