The shooter clearly said that he had no beef with dude. Dude fucked up by pointing the gun at him, followed him, put the gun down, continued to follow him, and tried to retrieve the gun once he realized he fucked up. That was not an honorable death. It was horrible decision making in the worst scenario which was likely over some hoe bitch skeezer. If you point a weapon at someone, it's best that you use it because if not, nothing good will come out of that situation if you choose not to do what it was intended for. That's gun ownership 101 day 1 bread and butter basic knowledge for anybody who posses a gun.

So Holmes and Parker are obviously exes, Bell was in the car with Parker, Holmes wanted to confront Parker, Holmes already has a gun out, Bell gets defensive/aggressive for Parker, Bell points a gun at Holmes, Holmes retreats still trying to yell at Parker while Bell keeps confronting, Bell doesn't drop, but sets his gun down, Holmes takes 2 shots missing Bell Bell casually goes to pick up his gun still assuming they were warning shots, Bell gets killed, Bell was aggressive but he purposley set his gun down, then Holmes took 2 shots at him, and then Bell went to pick up his gun but his posture was so casual, that it seemed like he didn't believe he was going to get shot but at the same time, it seemed that Holmes had the intention of killing him and just missed his first two shots. Can someone with law experience untangle this? Guilty? Self-Defense? |

JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police said a man has been arrested in connected to a deadly shooting at an apartment complex on Saturday. Police said 26-year-old L. H. turned himself in to investigators. He’s accused of killing 23-year-old M. B. According to JPD, H. has been charged with murder. |
