Unforunately this is typical for Brazil. They have one of the worst per-capita murder rates in the world and the vast majority of it is gun related, far worse than the US.

Few comments here scare me about the human nature.

The guy is threatening she alredy for a good time, on recorded phone messages that she made he always making death threats, she called the police 8 times before, talking about the death threats he made and the justice determined he not could get near her, but where he work is only 50 meters of distance from the salon and looks like he have a friend on police that made things easy to him and is the reason that he don't get arrested before. She put the camera after he have trowed one weak homemade bomb on the salon. Fortunately this scumbag is alredy grabing the soap on the prison.
