Two Men Die Due to an Exploding Manhole Cover
China, Both men were cleaners of a housing estate. The explosion occurred when they tried to thaw out a frozen manhole cover by lightning it on fire. Methane gas inside the manhole exploded instantly and they died at the scene.

I remember a similar one to this from China, little kid dropped a firecracker in one of the holes of a manhole with the same result.. China needs to find a system to purge the gas from these sewer systems so it doesn't fuck people up  |
