I was thinking this, she seems to have been turning onto this road pretty slowly I might add. If this is in fact the case, not only was she not paying attention and cautious of a child obviously visible on the drivers side, but her turn was not wide enough in the first place. I do find it odd that some tiny kid is somehow allowed to play on the street, and like you I find it VERY strange she waited two bumps to stop. I dont lack the compassion most would have seeing this video as its gut wrenching to me when kids are involved. However this shouldnt have happened and was entirely preventable. The driver was just not at 100% and the parents were far too lax about being guardians, and teaching their child to be careful. I really hope the kid made it ok  |
