Female Minibus Passenger Killed After She Got Ejected After the Bus Overturned
A city transport mini bus overturned being involved in an accident Tuesday afternoon (09/10/2018). As a result of the overturning, one passenger died on the spot due to a serious injury to the head after being thrown out of the vehicle. The incident began when the vehicle, which contained three passengers, and driven by a 28 year-old man tried to overtake a red car in front of him. Because he saw a vehicle coming from the opposite direction, the driver reduced the vehicle's speed so it didn't overtake the red car. As a result a white car crashed into the minibus from behind, so the vehicle overturned and caused a female passenger being thrown out through a window of the minibus. She died. The minibus driver said, he was forced to reduce the pace of his vehicle to avoid a head-on collision. |
