YEAH, AND GUESS WHAT If that happened in the U.S , and you say,,,, smoked herb a little, they would take your blood at the scene, then 3 months later charge you with impaired driving causing death, and u go to prison, which is fucking bullshitttttt

Not Saudi but nice try. Even western women have to wear a burqa or hijab in Saudi. This looks to be closer to Indonesia or Thailand.

The camera didn't show where the child was prior to accident. I think the driver wasn't paying attention. She made no effort to stop until running over the kid twice. Child was way out in the road when hit.
