I disagree. Look at that video. It's shot on a 1990's era webcam. For all we know he was heading to an O-Town tours Russia concert and was saved the agony.

It’s like they have an understanding to not give immediate first aid care to people. To just take their time and keep hoping the person in need of EMT will just fucking die already. New normal...    The fact first responders and LE attending the scene can do this well...could possibly mean they’ll be fine watching or even doing it themselves, just killing people they believe don’t have ”a chance”. There is video footage on here of hospital staff allowing a gunshot victim to bleed out and die finally. And if I remember, the guy was alive for awhile. That was in the Philippines, shoot suspected drug users and drug sellers on the spot. And I believe now he has encouraged his people to kill anyone who they think is putting others at risk”, something like that. |

Did you see the Brazil one? The one where the bus hit a concrete bus shelter the crushed 3 or 4 waiting people? The police were there and they weren’t helping remove the concrete slab not even bothering to administer first aid!!
