And….. I never can’t understand how somebody who can’t swim. Would even get anywhere near water let alone floating on a device above it?!?!?

If you listen the jetski was beeping which is usually an alarm/warning noise. Most newer skis beep or chime on ignition & to warn surrounding people....then they only chime with bad news if it chimes while running.
And why the fuck would you not have a life vest?? At the very least, it's the law in the US & the world of "common sense".
I can swim, but I have had some awesome wipeouts too, where I proudly wore my vest & was fucking thankful I did!

What was a person who couldn't swim doing on a jet ski without a life jacket? And why didn't the jet ski operator make sure everyone could at least swim? Why weren't they all wearing life jackets? What a parade of totally-preventable errors.
