Well of course the Fucking video didnt play all the way threw for me but i got up to a part where it looked like he was about to have his last hand cut off, if he struggled or put up a fight im sure htey would have cut off his feet and cut out his tongue as well. thats why i'm sure of it.

Looks like his other hand had already been chopped off some other day. They are def Colombian though, if not Venezuelan. I can't do a translation because they speak over each other most of the video  |
