It was somewhere in Colombia. The "victim" asks for permission to go off running, than the other guy says put your bone there and if you move I'll hit you on the head. The "victim" is shaking most likely in shock from having his other wrist cut off. Probably from stealing; street justice.

Judging by the fact he eas missing his other hand he is not good at obiding by laws,some places this is still going on and sad to say he did'nt learn the first time(usually the punishment for stealing)  ,I would count my blessings(on one hand?)and never do whatever it was he did to have this happen,I dont agree with the punishment but wise man say,hurt me once shame on YOU ,hurt me again, then shame on me.SAD SAD WORLD! |
