The shooter, JST, kidnapped an employee of the city hall that was forced to drive him to another town where he fled into an apartment where his parents lived. So the cops came along yesterday and seized the murder weapon and arrested him and another man for providing cover. They were transported to jail.     |

Laws are not followed in Brazil. Police kill people at will. Corrupt police to the core. Police only join the force to exploit its citizen.
