Robbery attempt at a jewelry store ends badly for one man in Maicao, Colombia. The deceased has been identified as Fernando José García Marín, age 20.

The video is a bit fuzzy, but did he ever actually draw a gun? It looked to me like he stopped his attempt to draw and started backing away with his hands empty when he saw that the shop owner was armed. Probably won't matter to the law in Columbia but the shop owner would be in big trouble facing a possible murder or at least manslaughter charge in the US and several other places. (If I am correct in what I think I saw.)
