Re: Residents Force Man to Dig Up His Ex Wife He Murdered and Carry Her
That would be a good punishment for those who killed someone and buried the body. Would have been perfect for that guy in Denver who killed his wife and buried her in an pasture and killed his 2 young daughters and put them in an oil tank. After they got him to confess and tell them where they were. They should have taken him there and forced him to get all their bodies. And then make him clean them. So he has to see, and touch them. I don't know, maybe I can't understand them. Although I couldn't ever do what he did, to me that would be worse than anything they could do to me. To pull my babies lifeless bodies from a tank, or the ground. |

Or, the doomsday lady, Lori Vallow Daybell who had her brother, Alex, kill her husband, Charles Vallow, then she had Alex kill her two children, J.J., and Tylee. Alex dismembered Tylee and wrapped J.J. before burying them on Chad Daydell's property in what Chad referred to as the pet cemetery. Then, Chad's wife, Tammy ends up dying, then Alex, her brother dies. Authorities exhumed Tammy Daybell, preform an autopsy which is not released as of yet. Today, Lori Vallow is deemed not competent to stand trial after mental health evaluation is review by the judge in the case. All she talks about is Jesus Christ coming back and how she needs to help Jesus during the rapture. Personally, I think she knows how to milk the system and is crazy but playing crazier to avoid trial. The things ppl do. |

Re: Residents Force Man to Dig Up His Ex Wife He Murdered and Carry Her
I think I understand the sentiment behind your suggestion, and I actually agree with you, but for forensic and ethical reasons that should never be allowed, even forcing someone to watch the retrieval of the bodies could give the killer an opportunity to relive the thrill of the kill, people are fucking sick. I like how the town publicly shamed this guy though, its far less barbaric than the ole fuel and tire method. In Watts' case, I would love it if whatever cell he stays in had a 24/7 loop of the "my daddy is a hero" song his daughter made for him before he (allegedly) forced her to watch him kill her baby sister and drop her into an oil tank before doing the same to her. If Watts was forced to recover the bodies, I suspect he would be more concerned about how he looked to others and what they thought of him over anything else though. But if he was forced to clean the oil off his little girls bodies, even a monster couldnt help but get a little fucked up by experiencing what the medical examiners and first responders did. The condition of the bodies were so bad that when they were cleaning the youngest one, her skin actually started falling off, like a loose glove. |

Re: Residents Force Man to Dig Up His Ex Wife He Murdered and Carry Her
what? look i agree with your "I think I understand the sentiment behind your suggestion, and I actually agree with you, but for forensic and ethical reasons that should never be allowed, even forcing someone to watch the retrieval of the bodies could give the killer an opportunity to relive the thrill of the kill, people are fucking sick." but are you kidding me?i have an extreme respect for EMTs,firefighters, and goods cops who handle this kind of work.especially when children are involved.but this fuking POS MOFO should ATLEAST see the retrival of the bodies first hand.he should have seen the result of his actions and he would most likely get atleast PTSD and forever be horrified about what he had done.if you dont put examples like this or imagine people who put fires on forests just "for the thrill of watching it" and end up killing animals, destroying trees ,KILLING people, even firefighters who are there to help what should you to him?let the judje give him 20 years and in less then 5 because "he behave well" hell be outside again doing the same thing? or tie him to a tree and set him on fire?what kind of message would you sent to the next one who wants to start another fire?and remember 9/11?how much cops and firememen were lost just because they were doing their job?you think that because the US killed bin laden and the isis leader the world is better?no they just made them martyrs.now they live as an idea,as a movement.thats why for the next 100 years mankind will still have alot to suffer because of the so called "civilized people" and "text exemple of doing by the book".yeah america keep up the good work.the only think i totally agree with US goverment is their "ehanced interrogations" of terrorists.i dont know why people still say torture.give me a break.how are you gonna make them talk?playing good cop bad cop with them?when someone kills part of your family "because of alaha" made you a suicide bomber, youll feel how i feel. |

Re: Residents Force Man to Dig Up His Ex Wife He Murdered and Carry Her
Just a heads up, I'm going to heavily edit our responses for brevity. But I also want to give enough info about the case for anyone who might not know the details. Hopefully my format is readable! I appreciate your position here, but that's not something that could be guaranteed. You assume Watts has the personality type or mental capacity to feel emotions like genuine remorse or empathy towards everyone affected by the case, but his words and actions strongly suggests that just isn't the case. While he was fucking his mistress and lying to his wife about it, he searched Google for:
---------- Comparison to similar crimes I'll give a couple examples of murderers who showed a total lack of concern for their victims and/or did things to try and prolong the thrill. *Tim Jones Jr. Killed his son because he thought he was trying to kill him and because "demons" were telling him to do it, so he made the kid do physical training as punishment until he died, and when he realized what he did, he then murdered his other 4 children because he "pretty much fucked up my life already..." and rode around the country with their dead bodies in his car for a week before he was caught. The ages of his victims were between 1 and 8 years old. Hes currently on death row. *James Holmes (the batman movie theater shooter) basically stared at the table and showed zero interest during the majority of his lengthy trial but the few times he did look up was when images of the victims were displayed on the court TVs and when the victims would get off the stand to show the jury various injuries like surgery scars, prosthetics, bullet wounds, etc. *Jodi Arias (who murdered her boyfriend in a shower) was placed under arrest and in an effort to get her to recognize the futility of denying the crime, she was asked if she wanted to see the naked pictures that were taken before, and during the murder proving she was there. He then showed her and then while she was still trying to deny the shit the cop was like do you want to see what he looked like after you murdered him? Her response was basically "I mean...I have a morbid curiosity...but...yeah.." realizing, too late, she just snitched on herself. *Serial killers Ted Bundy and Arther Shawcross were infamous for repeatedly going back to kill or dump sites to dig up the bodies for the thrill and usually another round of sex. ------------ Chris's Confession In one of Chris's confessions he said the first thing he did upon arriving to the dump site was to bury Shanann in a shallow grave wearing only a t-shirt, bra, and a thong. He said he did not care to move her body into a more respectable position, but did notice she had a coffin birth. Description of her body position in the grave: Her knees were "pulled up to her chest" and her feet were positioned "up,” as her body was “facing down into the ground" and her back was positioned upwards. Her left arm, meanwhile, was extended near her head. Can you think of a more disrespectful or indifferent way to bury the mother of your children? I should mentioned he claimed the children were still alive at this point and could see him from the truck. ----------- You pretty much lost me from this point on. It's hard to follow exactly what you're trying to say as it's, frankly, nonsensical. Your example goes into the psychology and motives of an arsonist, but that can be so varied that I'm not sure going into detail would actually be productive right now. The effects of different types of criminal punishment is also a bit of a rabbit hole... for example, we still dont know if the death penalty even has any effect on crime rates, despite decades of research. Ironically, in Chris's case a variation of that very method was used successfully to get the confession. |
