You Wanna drive 90mph in a 65, then get on someone’s ass because they won’t move out of the fast lane. And you think it’s their fault and they’re the ones driving like an idiot.

OK, let's do the logic thing.

The bus in front has an impatient and potentially dangerous driver tailgating them. They have two options.

Option 1 - Be the bigger man, pull over, let them past and reduce risk for everyone involved.

Option 2 - Intentionally escalate the situation by blocking an already angry driver from overtaking, increasing risk.

The driver being followed chose option 2, and many people were likely seriously injured because of his ego in part. This is a difference of blame vs. cause - blaming the tailgater doesn't change anything and the driver in front can't control the other person's actions. But they can alter their own actions, and in this example it probably would have saved a life.
