Umm, . You're a moron. If I was like King Supreme Willy Swinging Presidente of Zimbabwe. I'd arrest the driver of the first bus and charge him with reckless homicide or involuntary manslaughter.

Because he obviously caused the accident on purpose. He obviously knew the bus was on his ass. He's driving a bus so he obviously knows the visibility to see around one. And he obviously sees the position of the bus behind him prevents the tailgating psycho from seeing the truck.

So what does he do? Waits to the last second, keeping a small door open on the right, kinda slowly floats to the left while accelerating so that the following bus can't get momentum to get by. Then, when the moment is right, turns hard to the right while at the same time lifting off the gas. Knowing the following bus will then see the opportunity but not the truck.

The following bus got set up. If the following bus driver lived, I'd also swing big willy upside his taint too and charge him with murder for every death that occurred. And execute them by tying their willys together, running high voltage lines up their asses, and then just shoot them in the head, because nobody wants to see that.
