This crap used to be in a few bad neighborhoods in the big city. Now you have to keep your eyes open even in a small town like Salinas. If you're thinking of visiting our Island for vacation, don't. Everyone with a lick of sense already left and the rest of us are stuck here for one reason or another counting down the days.
