Puerto Rico - Man Shot Dead As He Dined
On the afternoon of 18th July 2021 in Salinas (Puerto Rico), 33 year old R.A.M.O. was murdered. As he sat eating at a restaurant, with a woman + child, 'R' was shot dead. 'R' had a criminal record for drug use + had served time in prison. Another diner 42 year old J.H.B., was shot in the leg. His family took him to the hospital + is in stable condition.

Wow, it looks like the victim was deliberately sitting towards the entrance instead of opposite his girl and still got whacked with no time to react.

~ A Hit & Run. Didn't look like the victim expected it so soon ~ Apparently he dissed someone & they sent someone to correct his rude social gesture ~ Sort of like when when extortionists decide to make someone pay a protection fee, but one decides to diss' them off ~ Or when one tries to seek unreliable financial help from a notorious loan shark but don't accept paying a revised higher return interest ~ If not all of the above. ~ However, it looks like someone else got sent to make sure the job got done right the first time around. Typical when the hitman is paid up front. |
