Right from the start Jiu Jitsu Boy was the aggressor, walking, then running, up on the guy, forcing Motor Man to retreat only to be attacked in the end...

I think what did end up happening was what the circumstances dictated... Jiu Jitsu Boy should have just stood there instead of advancing, which caused the Motor Man to feel cornered and then literally attacked! Jiu Jitsu Boy got what he deserved, based on how he himself acted!
