Well he deserved it. Shooter was backing up and trying to avoid a confrontation.

To be honest if i got attacked and tackled to the ground on a back street in Brazil i would also shoot to finish the assault.

The first shot was self defense .
That second shot was unnecessary this was just murder imho.

I agree, he went overboard with the second shot which was probably actually the third shot (the throws the guy off way too easily considering he's a trained fighter, I assume he shot him the first time as he threw him off, or just before), so both parties are to blame. But then again, to biker must have been wound up big time on adrenaline, especially in a country like that where people cut your dick off and feed it to you to steal your smokes.

The shooter in this instance may have drawn his weapon prematurely. Would need to look at the evidence of what led up to them pulling over. The guy with the car may have turned this into a deadly encounter off camera. Either way the headshots at the end were made with criminal intention.
