Cop may have reacted a bit over the top, but not having ever been in this situation, as I would guess 99.9% of the posters on this site also have not been, I do not know how I would react. None of you know all of the situations this particular cop has been in and whether or not he has had an experience that might make him a little more jumpy than the average cop.

I am not a big fan of cops, but I still give them the benefit of the doubt when it comes to busting down the door of a suspected meth dealers house. Meth dealers aren't exactly known as laid back easy going types that like to do business with puppy dogs and bunny rabbits. So if the cops are little high strung when they bust through that door, I would understand.

Moral of the story. Don't be a meth head that lets dealers stay in your house. Makes for a short life span, whether by cop or meth.
