First shots might have been a spine shot. Looks like he toppled over due to inability to use legs. Kind of a sad way to go out defenseless waiting for the guy to lunge towards him

It did look like he lost the use of his legs either from a spine shot or a knee shot. Wonder if he also ran out of bullets too?   |

Perfect of example of the Dominican Republic. Very few are unqualified to render any kind of service. Sadly, this person lost his life due to his lack of training. The DR has beautiful beaches with horrible tourist infrastructure. Do your self a favor, do not visit the Caribbean. If the poisonous liquor does not kill you, there is the police or the tourist industry workers that will. Few years back, a so-called professional tourist bus driver was responsible for killing 8 people and injuring 14 only served 1 year in prison due to fukkk ups from the prosecution who neglected to do a professional job and pressures from the driver's union and politicians. Can you believe that kangaroo court system that is currently taken place in the DR? Sadly, the Haitians who live there are treated like animals. Locals kill them and the authorities do not do a single thing.  |
