I am sorry, but I just read way too much stupidity.

A cop pulls a gun. Said cop tells you to get your hands where he can see them. You tell the cop no. You get shot. Fatally. Your fault.

Cop should shoot at a non kill zone? Why? To give that person the chance to pull a gun and shoot him? Right.

This cop was well within his rights. He does not need to second guess how stupid someone is going to be. And if you are not both deaf and blind, the sound of someone telling you to show your hands and/or seeing a gun pointed at you should be fucking enough. And never tell someone, anyone, with a gun no.

But for the record, I spent four years in the military and I'm sure I have more experience than you do when it comes to being shot at. So just say "Thank you for your service" and shut the fuck up.
