Background story: It occurred on September 10, 2023 at the Leashaw Lucky Dorm in Sampaloc, Manila. here's the news report I translated:

Man jumped from a high-rise building in Sampaloc, Manila, remains unidentified

The gruesome scene went viral on social media about a man without a safety gear who jumped from a 12-floor Leashaw Lucky Dorm building which is located at Earnshaw Street corner Centro Extension, Barangay 405, Sampaloc, Manila.

According to Duty Investigator Police Staff Sergeant Jesus Criss Jacalne, the investigation about the incident is still ongoing and the identity, as well as the motive or cause of his jumping from the top floor, remains unidentified.

On a video, a man who was wearing black long sleeve [shirt] and white short got out of the right side of the fourth window, from the left side of the high-rise building fast and he's like doing "carpentry" from the high-rise building, and then he fearlessly jumped in an instant that resulted in his immediate death.
