Can't see the robber after the first shot. Is it possible that he was reaching for his weapon again, prompting the pharmacist to fire again? And of course, the family of the deceased CRIMINAL will sue for a bazillion dollars for wrongful death and win. Once again, the justice system fails. |

def murder those extra shots were not required he was down now maybe the pharmacist didnt know he was unarmed when he shot him the 1st time but by the time he went to shoot him again he knew. Man that shit wasnt worth it unless it was for sum serious shit like oxys |

How do we know that "Speedy' didn't talk some shit before he was shot the second time, like threatening the old man with reprisal; even if he didn't, the old man should say he did (guess it's obvious where my sympathies lie)?
