Re: Pharmacist Shoots Robber; Pharmacist Charged with Murder
When I first read the title I thought it's another twisted law case, but seeing the video I agree that the pharmacist should be charged. He defended his property with that first shot. What he did afterwards was not self defence, he didn't do it to protect his property or some other person, it was cold-blooded murder. |

Re: Pharmacist Shoots Robber; Pharmacist Charged with Murder
Wow, a lot of people here are pretty sadistic. An unarmed boy tries to rob you, you shoot him in the head AND execute him...why not just chop of his head like the guys in the other videos? That'll teach him, right? Wake up. There is no such thing as justice. There is what there is. And that can be changed/corrupted/distorted/influenced in all kinds of ways. These boys only tried to rob the store because of their environmental conditioning. There's no "rob the store" gene that they start with at birth. Then you have the poor guy who thought he was going to get shot by a crazy boy...a guy who has been trained to kill(being a vet) and we're suprised that he executed the boy? He's a product of conditioning as much as the boy. And the solution or "justice"? To send them all to prison which I'm sure will make them into model citizens. How backwards do we have to get before we realise they, and we, are all victims of our environment. |

Re: Pharmacist Shoots Robber; Pharmacist Charged with Murder
Fight or flight syndrome. Pharmacist was sitting patiently in his store and a armed robbery happens to his pharmacy. The armed suspect bolts out of the store like a pussy and leaves his homeboy in the store. The pharmacist shoots the other dude in the head. He chases the other guy with no result and comes back in his store to unload his pistol into the guy he had already shot. The pharmacist doesn't know what kind of weapons the perpetrator may posses or still has the capability of using. The pharmacist made sure that the perpetrator was definitely incapacitated and not able to do harm to him or anyone in the store. FUCK THAT.. Kids or not, they should have NOT tried to rob that pharmacy. A definite NO WIN SITUATION for all. Like a Shakespeare tragedy....

Yep. Willful homicide. An extra-judicial execution, if you like. The dumb kid had a bullet in his head; he was no longer a threat and he certainly wasn't going anywhere. I guess adrenalin got the best of the pharmacist with such stupid judgement.

Fuck that jungle monkey, he pointed his weapon with intent first, he deserves to die. The other one who was along for the ride? Fuck him, too. Unarmed or not, their intent was to rob and possibly shoot anyone who got in the way of their buying watermelon and chicken. I'm behind the pharmacist 100%. |
