Murder in the First. The man ran back and got ANOTHER firearm to shoot him multiple times in the HEAD? Ok first of all if he was trying to subdue the man..... You ALREADY shot him in the head? Hes not getting up any time soon in fact hes probably dying. And then you shoot him with another gun multiple times. Yeh this is murder clear as day to me.

wow finally a decent post in this thread of fucking failures. So yeah the kid did have it coming and he knew what was up unless like a kid he was nieve in the extreme. He gets a bullet and goes down, fair enough. That old fuck chased the other guy and started shooting in the street? If I saw him doing that whilst I'm on the same street or someone I love is there, I'll fuck him up more than any jail system would. He then goes in and executes the kid. Wow, bravo Gi Joetard, next time think about what you're doing rather than executing a down-and-out kid. Americans and guns, 1 big fucking failure after another. |

I don't know about "many states". Here in Arizona, a man and his girlfriend stole a vehicle from a farmer. The man was driving, girlfriend was in the passenger seat. The man tried to run over the farmer in order to escape, the farmer shot... The farmer missed the man driving, unfortunately killing the girlfriend next to him. The farmer was not charged, the boyfriend was charged with murder. |

I agree with the pharmacist shooting the robber ONCE all that other shit was unnessecary im not really sure if they should charge him with murder since he was being robbed but at the same time he shot him waaaayyyyy more than necessary shoulda just shot him once and called the cops
