Indonesia. East Java. An unidentified man lost his life after jumping from a 40-meter-high bridge into the deep gorge below.

Local residents heard rumors that someone was planning to jump and rushed to the bridge to check. Upon arrival, they found no one on the road surface but discovered a backpack left behind.

When witnesses peered over the edge into the deep riverbed below, they spotted the lifeless body of a man. The impact from the extreme height resulted in fatal injuries.

Bystanders and local residents opened the abandoned bag in hopes of finding identification documents. However, no ID card was found. The bag only contained some clothes, toiletries, a piece of bread, and a pouch of tobacco.
