Re: Pennsylvania Man James Spaide, Shoots Neighbors Over Snow Removal
Same, when I was looking for more info on this shooting I stumbled upon that case again. In both cases all anyone needed to do was walk away... An interesting question that we will never know the answer to. Personally, I think they did the right thing by running away when the dude came back with the AR. It's not worth the risk, if you saw the entire altercation you would know he wanted them dead, and might not be friendly to someone trying to aid them. I do wonder where they were standing while this was all going down, because if they were visible to the shooter that might give us a hint, but who knows. Yeah, he was a decorated Navy veteran. The case was closed by prosecutors, so if the guns were illegal, that information would have been given to the public by now. |

Re: Pennsylvania Man James Spaide, Shoots Neighbors Over Snow Removal
I would like to know what prompted this kind of violence. Surely this can't be about snow. The husband and wife came across as antagonizing as fuck, but I want to know why before passing judgement on the shooter or the couple.

Congratulations! You are a good honest person with empathy and the ability to correctly asses the pros and cons in a situation, think rationally, and not too jaded. |

Re: Pennsylvania Man James Spaide, Shoots Neighbors Over Snow Removal
What killed me was the dude running around going, "what happened? Whathappenedwhat happened what happened???" Like, DOOD - two people are rolling around, and moaning and crying, and, you know, there HAD to be a ton of blood all over the snow. I mean, wtf u think jus happened?!?!? |
