Fucking dumb muther fuckers. A woman did this in the US. She stopped in the center lane of three lanes of travel, then turned right. I pulled into the parking lot and chewed her ass a new hole. I almost ran into her and could have been hurt. These selfish ass people who pass their turn, then stop and try to make the turn should be executed for stupidity. This even happens on a freeway. Damnit, stupid people. The public should be required to take an IQ test and treated/trained appropriately or something.
