It's the Middle East, so likely it was an "on purpose" rather than an "accident".

Seems to be the little Van that explodes though...

Hard to say but the explosion is way too violent for a Petrol induced BOOM

Feels more like a little a (Butan?) Gas explosion, as if a Gasbottle in the Van suddenly Burst'ed and got ignited by some sparks of whatever.

It's hard to say where the explosion came exactly from since the flash is from one frame to the other, but if you go trough the frames a bit further it dies down where this little Van in front of the Truck used to be


Also in the very last frame before the actual explosion one of the side windows of the mini-van seems to distort, bulking outwards. But the grainy video quality doesn't make it easier to be sure

..and for a potential Gasoline tanker explosion (empty of fuel but full of its gasses) should create a much more destructive aftermath

A "tanker" truck explosion you would think would cause more surrounding damages and a raging fire.

The explosion had quite some power behind it. The metal tension wire near the camera looked like it disintegrated? Doesn't look like the van nor the tanker in the first video survived in the aftermath. Could be a bomb?

If it was the tanker that blew, I cant imagine it had much fuel in it, it just doesnt seem like it caused enough damage otherwise.
