Re: Omaha Cops Fatally Shoots Armed, Uncooperative Car Passenger After Traffic Stop
*He never drew on the pigs.* I don't give a fuck he had a gun. Possession of a gun does not give a cop a lawful reason to execute a person—especially by shooting them in the back. The screaming little pig was a frightened, impotent boy (not a man), who wasn't capable of implementing any meaningful, lawful, overwhelming non-lethal physical force/action to subdue the subject and compel him to submit to arrest. This particular cop is a murderer and a coward, and so is his partner, because the two of them could have forced the subject to submit, yet they failed miserably, especially since the second piece of shit pig was busy jacking off behind the car, illuminating his farts with his flashlight. Real men/police officers don't fucking talk so much in an emergency, life-and-death situation—they take lawful action. Fuck these two pigs here. FYI, I'm as far-right as you could get, and as such I'm not a lover of any gangbangers or ghetto filth—of any stripe or color—but this does not mean I will stand for cold-blooded murder, shooting civilians in the back and the wanton execution of anyone—whether they are found to be in possession of a gun or not. *Possession,* in the absence of drawing-and-pointing with intent to shoot, is fucking irrelevant, and pigs do not have a fucking mandate to be judges, jury, and executioners. Get your heads out of your asses and use your fucking brain. |

Agree. Cops should have called for backup, and waited. The 4 people were in the car and stable, until the cop started screaming and broke the window.

Re: Omaha Cops Fatally Shoots Armed, Uncooperative Car Passenger After Traffic Stop
It's not comply or your life. people resist cops hundreds of times a day. 99.999% of the time they don't get shot. This guy was shot because he had a gun. And even if he was legal to own and carry a gun. In most states that allows conceal and carry. you are required to tell officers that you do have a gun if you are being questioned or detained. And you should definitely never hide the gun, and then pull it out. Of course the cop is going to see it as a threat.

Re: Omaha Cops Fatally Shoots Armed, Uncooperative Car Passenger After Traffic Stop
Waited for what? What a pansy ass society we're becoming. Let me guess, the cops should have call out a psychiatrist? Some councilors? It's a grown fucking man. Being told to exit a car. It's not rocket science. He has a gun, he decided to grab it. All his friends and family throwing a fit. Where were they when he was alive? Why did they allow him to carry a gun? Do drugs? |

I'm sorry I must have missed that part in the video. Could you please exemplify where he drew on them, or, as you put it, "wanted to show them his gun?" Last time I checked, we don't execute people based on unmaterialized perceived "wants"—only on demonstrable, real actions. |

Re: Omaha Cops Fatally Shoots Armed, Uncooperative Car Passenger After Traffic Stop
You are legally obligated to inform a police officer you are carrying a weapon in 12 states and the District of Columbia, without being asked. In 14 states, you're only obligated to inform the police officer of your weapon if asked. Which is NOT MOST. (EDIT: replaced 2017 data with 2021 data) Duty to Inform States There are two types of duty to inform states: inform without being asked and inform if asked. There are 12 states, plus the District of Columbia, that require individuals to inform law enforcement upon contact (without being asked). These states are: Alaska Arkansas District of Columbia Hawaii Lousiana Maine Michigan Nebraska North Carolina Ohio South Carolina Texas Fourteen states require individuals to individuals to inform law enforcement of a concealed firearm if asked. These states are: Arizona Florida Illinois Kentucky Minnesota Missouri New York Oklahoma Oregon Pennsylvania Tennessee Virginia Washington Wisconsin Source: https://worldpopulationreview.com/st...-inform-states My personal opinion is if you're going to carry a weapon legally, there is no reason NOT to inform a police officer. Then, even if you don't agree with his instructions... follow them anyway and deal with it after the fact. Better you both walk away breathing.

Re: Omaha Cops Fatally Shoots Armed, Uncooperative Car Passenger After Traffic Stop
He had a gun and was clearly disobeying police orders. He had plenty of time to ditch it under the seat or even on the floor but he didn't, which signifies intent to use it. Face it, another wannabe thug murked because he didn't listen and was Clearly armed. Good job officer's for making the world slightly a better place by killing this dumb fuck |
