Reading some more on this page: https://www.emaisgoias.com.br/delega...oi-imprudente/ There were two previous occasions when this guy was involved in an incident involving the misuse of a firearm, he was a ticking bomb. No muzzle discipline, very deficient police training, he was fresh out of police academy (about three months) so it didn't take long for him to fuck up. A woman in the comments section talks about his cop husband taking shooting courses on his own and also states that the ammo available to cops is so old there is a serious risk of getting duds, we all see that happening to thugs in videos posted on here, I guess cops suffer from the same "inconvenience". |
