Well, gun nuts and the NRA can easily make an argument that the victim was not running away, but instead, was running towards his own machine gun, and he had to be stopped at all costs. The shooter is a hero...a good guy with a gun, who stopped a bad guy with a bigger gun, that was hidden nearby. Slam dunk, case closed |
